The management structure for the Foundation is segregated into four compartments. At the apex is the composition of the Governing Board that is responsible for all major decisions for the guidance, strategic direction and growth of the Foundation. The Governing Board is chaired by the President/Chairman of the Foundation. Thus, decision at this level involves major programs and project financing decision, collaboration with local and international donors, and partner stakeholders.

Beneath the Governing Board is the Technical Management level. This level focuses on, implementation of Governing Board decisions, technical/operational management and delivery activities, as well as supervisory and progress reporting of all interventions. The composition of the technical management level shall include the President, unit heads of all programs and project as well as the Project Coordinator. Meetings at this level shall be Chaired by the Project Coordinator and Co-Chaired with the President Chairman whenever he is present at the meeting.

The third level is the operational management level where core administrative and internal operational deliverables are undertaken. The composition of this level is made up of Accounting and Finance officers, Administrator who is the lead manager of both administrative and office management issues, as well as Information Technology (IT) department. This level is also known as the middle level management which has direct supervision and inputs from the senior management officers whiles it also decentralizes senior management decision to the operational management staff and officers for implementation.

The fourth and final level is the support structure. These are the receptionist, drivers, cleaners and security personnel that provides various support services for the Foundation
